(Remaining focused on Menifee area rentals allows us to respond quickly to your needs and the needs of local Renters, and increases our local market expertise.)  (The only exception: we will accomodate landlords with multiple properties in Riverside County as long as at least one property is in Menifee.)

3.  We maintain the ONLY website dedicated specifically to houses for rent in the City of Menifee that are listed by multiple agencies.    (The City of Menifee includes the areas of:  Sun City, Romoland & Quail Valley.)

4.  You pay only for the services you need:  Initial Leasing, Monthly Management or BOTH.  Our fees are simple, and you never pay anything up front.

5.  We have a team of licensed professionals, working together for your benefit, who truly care.  (We take the time to listen to your needs and the needs of potential renters to try to make the best match possible.)

We do not charge monthly service amounts for periods of vacancy, and there are NO HIDDEN FEES!
